If you need to report a repair there are a variety of ways you can do so:
Emergency Housing Repairs

Out of Hours Emergencies
Out of hours emergency repairs can be reported on our freephone number 0800 032 0835.
Information needed when reporting a repair
When you report any repair you will need to provide the following information:
Your name, address and telephone number
The type of repair you require
The location of the repair
As many other details as possible (type and make of appliance, etc)
Times when someone can call to carry out the work or inspect the problem and identify the exact repair that is required
If you leave keys with a neighbour, please don't forget to give us their address and phone number as well.
Appointment System
If the repair team need to get into your home to do the work, you will be offered a morning, afternoon or evening appointment to suit you. Unfortunately we cannot give a more specific time. Appointments will be offered for all repairs categories except non urgent.
Appointment Times:
Morning - between 8.00am and noon (except Fridays)
Afternoon - between 1.30pm and 4.00pm (except Fridays)
Saturday - morning between 8.00am and noon (for gas servicing, solid fuel repair and servicing)
We will send you an acknowledgement for each appointment made.
If the appointment offered is not convenient for you, please contact us on freephone 0800 032 0835 and we will rearrange it.
Please keep your appointment. Once an appointment has been made it is important that you are in when they call. If you are not in the job will be cancelled and a cancellation card will be left.
If the work is cancelled and you still want the repair carried out you will have to contact us and arrange another appointment. Please quote the job number on the cancellation card when you call.
