Customer Involvement
The Customer Involvement Team actively encourages the involvement of customers in making decisions on all housing related matters and estate management issues. We offer a wide variety of methods that will enable both tenant and recognised tenant groups to participate at the level that they wish to be involved.
Our vision for customer involvement is to "promote, develop and maintain arrangements for resident involvement and offer the opportunity for all residents to influence and shape the delivery of housing and related services now and in the future."
