Tenants Urged to Beware of Bogus Callers
Tenants and residents are being urged to be aware following reports of 2 men posing as East Durham Homes employees trying to get access to people’s properties in the Wingate area. The two men are claiming they are from East Durham Homes and are in the area checking windows on behalf of the Council.
All EDH employees carry identification and we would like to remind tenants and residents to always ask to see this before allowing someone to enter your property. If they are still unsure we would advise them to contact us on 0800 032 0835 and we will confirm the persons identity.
