New outlet now open in Seaham
Our new customer outlet at St John’s Square in Seaham is now open. The outlet is part of the new Durham County Council’s Seaham Contact Centre at:

You can access all of our services from the new outlet, including:
- Advice and support
- Reporting anti-social behaviour
- Applying for a home
- Estate management
- Leasehold services
- Property improvements
- Rents
- Repairs and maintenance
- Getting involved.
Opening times:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – 8.30am to 5pm
- Wednesday – 10am to 5pm
- Friday – 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Saturday – 9am to 12 noon
The new outlet is part of Durham County Council’s Seaham Contact Centre at St Johns Square. It is in the centre of Seaham, next to the Jobcentre.
Our office can be access directly from Sophia Street at the side of the building or via the main entrance.
