What are the sheltered housing units like
They are made up of flats or bedsits which are self-contained, with their own living room, bathroom and kitchen, ensuring your independence and privacy.
- All properties can be linked into the 24-hour emergency warden service via an intercom and pull cords in your flat.
- All customers can be linked into the visiting warden service to ensure support is there when you need it.
- There are 4 different levels of support from the wardens.
- All are close to shops and have good transport links.
- All have disabled access to the buildings.
- All have a secure door entry system.
Additional facilities
They all have communal areas and facilities such as:
- Lounges which are often used for a variety of social activities by the tenants and members of the local community. They can also be used simply to relax in. All lounges have attached kitchens.
- Excellent laundry facilities are provided for all residents.
- Modern shower facilities.
- External areas and gardens where you can sit.
- A guest room where friends or relatives can stay.
- Storage rooms for scooters (Primrose Court only).
