Ways to get involved

Customers can become involved in helping East Durham Homes shape services and make improvements in a variety of ways.  Listed below are the different ways you can become involved:

• Become a board director
• Resident Scrutiny Panel 
• The Housing Partnership 
• Attend meetings of tenants and residents associations
• Go on an estate walkabout
• Take part in mystery shopping
• Join the editing panel
• Attend an event or annual conference
• Engaging with Young People
• Become a member of a service review panel
• Older person's forum
• Community representatives

If you are a young tenant aged between 18 -25 years old and would like to get involved to help us to develop a new young tenants forum, or if you would be happy for us to contact you from time to time to get your views on how we can improve our services, please contact below the customer involvement team.
