Tudor Court, Shotton
Following a request from Shotton resident association members and local residents who live at Tudor Court in Shotton, Senior Estate and Regeneration Officer Stuart Wood was asked to look at the timber fencing next to the garage site that had been subject to constant vandalism.
As a result, funding was allocated from our environmental budget, and new metal fencing erected next to the pathway. Following this work, Durham County Council Street Wardens have been asked to monitor the area to ensure that the anti-social behaviour reduces.
The tenants of Tudor Court said: "We would like to thank Stuart Wood and East Durham Homes for the prompt work carried out on the metal fence."
