East Durham Homes is a private, not-for-profit company controlled by a board of 15 directors.
There are five tenant board directors, five council board directors and five independent directors.
What the board does
The purpose of the board is to direct the affairs of East Durham Homes by:

Setting the objectives - stages for reaching the vision

Defining the strategy - details of how EDH will deliver the objectives
