Successful bids
To help you decide which properties to bid for, you can see which applicants we recently let homes to. This will give you a better idea how popular a particular property or area is and how long you would normally have to wait. You can then decide whether to look for other types of property or areas where you may not have to wait as long.
This information is available in our customer outlets and on the Durham Key Options website at http://www.durhamkeyoptions.co.uk/Data/ASPPages/1/56.aspx
We also have information showing what housing is available in the East Durham area and how many people are interested in renting it. This is given for each area in East Durham according to property type.
Click on the links below to see the available housing for October 2009 – December 2011.
The information also shows:
- the total number of each type of property in the area
- the number of properties that have become available since October 2009
- the average number of bids we have received for each of them.
We have colour-coded the information to give an idea of how likely you are to succeed in getting a home in your chosen area:
- Green – likely to succeed
- Amber – fairly likely to succeed
- Red – unlikely to succeed
