Status survey 2008
The results from the 2008 Status survey (Standardised Tenants Satisfaction Survey) show that more customers are satisfied with East Durham Homes.
It is a government requirement that we carry out a status survey every 2 years and we have improved in a number of areas since the 2006 survey.
