Service standards (Leasehold services)
We will:
- provide a welcome pack and handbook to all new leasehold customers
- insure the structure of your building against fire, flood, lightning, explosion and any other reasonable risks. You will still be responsible for insuring your home contents
- maintain the structure and outside of your building
- tell you about your responsibility to pay for the services we provide
- send you a bill for your service charges every March. Your service-charge bill will be clear and will explain each charge
- send you a statement every 3 months in a format that we have agreed with you and is easy to understand
- offer you a range of ways to pay
- consult you on any major repairs or improvements we plan to do to your building
- make an appointment when we need to do repairs to your home
- hold a leaseholders forum every 3 months
- provide a section for leaseholders in our quarterly newsletter
- hold an annual residents conference
- carry out a survey once a year for you to comment on the standard of service you receive.
