Service review panels
On service review panels, customers and staff work together to review services and identify areas for improvement. The panel meetings take place every 3 months.
We have recently changed the format of our service review panels to reflect the Tenants Service Authority (TSA) national standards. However these panels are currently being reviewed and may be subjected to slight changes.
At present we have the following service review panels:-
- Tenant involvement and empowerment - includes customer care and customer involvement.
- Home - including capital and repairs.
- Leaseholders
- Tenancy - looks at choice-based lettings and tenancy management.
- Rent income and Tenancy sustainment
- Neighbourhood and community - including estate management and anti-social behaviour.
- Value for money
Everyone can come along to a service review panel meeting, and new members are always welcome. Contact the customer involvement team for more information.
