Service charges and ground rent
If you have a question about your service charge, you should raise this with your leasehold and service charge officer in writing.
We will refer your complaint to the relevant section within East Durham Homes. Once we receive a reply, we will send you our response. We will also make any adjustments to your service charges that may be necessary. If you are not happy with the response you receive, you can make a complaint through our formal complaints procedure.
