Report a repair

You can report repairs by:  

• Calling our contact centre on freephone 0800 032 0835 from a landline or 0191 518 5497 if calling from a mobile phone.  Open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 12 noon on Saturday or 24-hours for emergencies.

• email housing.repairs@eastdurhamhomes.co.uk

• fax 0191 518 5349

• Use our online repairs reporting form (external link)

• text the word Repair to 07786 207 745

• by post to East Durham Homes, 2 Meridian Court, Whitehouse Business Park, Peterlee, Co. Durham, SR8 2RQ.

You can also report a repair in person at one of our customer outlets or to any staff on site.  Care services customers can use their intercom to contact the warden.
