Repairs appointment times
When you report a repair you will be offered a morning, afternoon or evening appointment to suit you.
Appointments are available:

Monday and Wednesday - 8am to4pm

Tuesday and Thursday - 8am to 8pm

Friday - 8am to 3.30pm

Saturday - 8am to 12 noon.
We will send you confirmation of the appointment made and the type of repair that has been requested.
Please keep your appointment
Once an appointment has been made, it is important that you keep it. If you can’t, please let us know beforehand.
If we call and you are not in, we will leave a visiting card to tell you that we called.
Contact us immediately to arrange another appointment, or we will cancel your repair.
If the work is outside your home and we can do the repair without going inside, we will do so and leave a card to tell you what we have done.
