Repairs and maintenance

We are committed to providing you with excellent services and one of our most important tasks is maintaining our properties to a good state of repair.

The overall aim is to provide an efficient and effective repairs and maintenance service to all of our customers together with our partner Morrison Facilities Services

Our repairs and maintenance service is split into three main areas:

• Responsive repairs are items that customers report to us on a daily basis and cover emergencies, urgent and routine repairs.

• Void repairs are undertaken to our empty properties at the end of a tenancy. These are carried out to ensure our properties meet our lettable standard prior to a new tenancy starting.

         Empty Homes Standard 

• Cyclical and planned maintenance includes gas and solid fuel servicing, and general planned maintenance such as our external painting programme.
