East Durham Homes are committed to providing an accessible, convenient and efficient repairs and maintenance service, which we are continually working to improve and enhance.

As a leaseholder you are responsible for the cost of all repairs to your home.

East Durham Homes will be responsible for the structure and exterior of the building and all common areas.  However, under the terms of your lease, you are required to contribute to the cost of maintenance through your service charge.
