Repairs handbook
Our Tenant Handbook which is given to all customers includes a repairs handbook in section 12. The repairs handbook will be useful if you ever need to report a repair to us. It has pictures of the main items you may need to talk about and questions you may need to answer. These will help you name the parts and describe clearly the repair problem.
