Which repairs are your responsibility?
You are required to conduct your tenancy in a tenant like manner, taking reasonable care of your home both inside and out, carrying out some basic routine maintenance.
You are required to report any repairs as they arise to help minimise any damage that could get worse if unattended, allowing us to get repairs done as quickly as possible.

Low cost home insurance
We strongly advise you to take out insurance against loss of or damage to your belongings. This includes the cost of re-glazing broken windows and renewing locks.
We offer a low-cost pay-as-you-go insurance scheme that allows you to claim the whole cost of repair or replacement without paying the first part of it yourself, (called ‘the excess’).
Work you can ask us to do if you are willing to pay
If you pay us, we are happy to do work on your behalf where the repair is your responsibility. We'll give you a full estimate for the work before we start. Please contact us if you would like a quotation for a repair job. You may be able to pay for the work by instalments.
