Making a claim

If you suffer damage and you want to make a claim on the insurance, you should ring your leasehold and service charge officer.  After confirming that the claim is eligible, the claims handlers will instruct a contractor to carry out the repair.  Where there is extensive damage loss adjusters will be appointed to oversee necessary remedial work.  You will be responsible for paying the policy excess. |
