Our local offers - standards of service
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) have asked housing providers to produce ‘local offers’ which will be tailored to meet the needs of the customers in that area.
These standards are set by working with you. We aim to make sure we have high standards that meet your needs. We consulted with customers about the standards through:
- the Housing Partnership
- Summer Fayre
- service review panels
- our website
- focus groups.
