Investors in diversity
We are currently working towards the Investors in Diversity Standard (IiD). This will provide us with a way to assess our current position compared with best practice across the UK. The scheme has 3 levels. By April 2011 we hope to have achieved level 2 and to receive national recognition for our successes.
