Importance of ventilation

We will fulfil our duty as your landlord, and will ensure that the ventilation fitted to your home is correctly fitted, of the correct size and clear.  This is our legal obligation.

• All open flued gas and solid fuel appliances require ventilation for them to burn safely, effectively and efficiently.

• The vent must be clear and unobstructed at all times.

• The vent allows fresh air to enter your property to allow you appliance to work safely.

The vent is there for a reason- please don't block, cover or obstruct your vent as this could make your appliance unsafe, and could cost your life.
