Housing surgeries
Surgeries take place at the following times:
- Tuesday 10 to 11am Customer Service Advisor
- Tuesday 10 to 11am Benefits Officer
- Thursday 10 to 11am Customer Service Advisor
Customers can also visit our customer outlets at Seaham or Peterlee, where a dedicated team of specially trained customer service advisers are on hand to deal with questions and queries.
A benefits officer is also available at:
- Peterlee customer outlet - Tuesday 9.30am to 12noon and Thursday 1.30 to 4pm
- Seaham customer outlet - Tuesday from 9am to 4pm (by appointment only)
The Citizens Advice Bureau may also be able to help you with your finances. They can be found at 14 Upper Yoden Way, Peterlee, Co. Durham. There may also be a Citizens Advice drop in centres in your village or town.
Murton surgeries
Housing surgeries for customers in Murton take place at the Murton Resource Centre, 16 - 17 Woods Terrace, SR7 9AD. They are held on:
- Tuesday - 10am to 11am
- Thursday - 10am to 11am
