Health and Safety at Home

We need to ensure that all of our 8,600 tenants and leaseholders are living in a safe home and a safe environment.

We also need you, the tenant or leaseholder, to report any hazards to us as soon as possible so that we can repair or remove any risks to make the situation safe before an accident happens.

We are also working with the NHS to promote good health, and have a number of incentives, including discounts at local sports centres, and advice to improve you and your families health.
