Handy-person service
We offer a handy-person service for ALL tenants who are over the age of 60 or disabled (or both).
A member of our Estate Management Team can give you up to 2 hours of their time to do small jobs that you may not be able to do yourself. Every customer who qualifies for the service can have a maximum of 2 visits per year.
Typical work carried out is:
- Minor painting jobs
- Adjusting doors
- Hanging mirrors and pictures
- Fitting towel rails and grab rails
- Fitting security chains
- Fitting lightbulbs
- Fitting blinds
This is a free service, but you must supply all the materials needed for the work.
