Flexible working hours

We have a highly regarded flexi-time policy, based on a 37 hour working week. Users of the scheme can start work as early as 7.30am and have the flexibility to finish work at 12.30pm subject to management approval.  The latest finishing time is 7.30pm. 

We no longer have core hours, this allows staff more flexibility to sign in and out throughout the working day, subject to management approval. This works well for staff with caring responsibilities.

Employees are able to take up to 15 flexi days leave per year.  The scheme has the additional flexibility of offering employees the ability to take up to 2 days of accrued flexi leave per month.
