Estate walkabouts

Estate walkaboutWhat happens on an estate inspection?

The main aim of the inspection (called estate walkabouts) is to help ensure that the estate is clean and well maintained.

When do the walkabouts happen?

We walk round the estate with residents every 3 months to see if there are any problems that need to be sorted out.

Estate officers also inspect the estates every month.

How do I know when the Estate Walkabouts take place?

The inspections are advertised in:
  • Insight, our customers’ newsletter
  • resident-group newsletters
  • local libraries
  • community centres
  • by clicking on the link below

Get involved in inspections!

Why not get involved and have a say in the way we manage your estate?  By joining the Estate Walkabout in your area, you will be able to point out any problems and get involved with anything affecting the appearance of your area.
