Ending your tenancy
How do I end my tenancy?
You must give us 4 weeks’ notice in writing that you want to end your tenancy. The 4 weeks will start from the Monday after we receive your notice.
You must hand in your keys at any of our customer outlets before 12 noon on the Monday when your tenancy is due to end. You will find addresses for our customer outlets on page 10.
What if it's someone else's tenancy?
You can only end a tenancy for someone else if they cannot do this themselves, or if the tenant has died and you are acting as executor of their estate.
