Emerson Court, Horden

The estate management team were contacted by the Horden regeneration partnership about waste bins being removed and tipped over outside properties at Emerson Court in Horden, which was making the street look unsightly.

Following an estate walkabout by Stuart Wood and Estate Officer Keith Houghton it was agreed through an estate management service review panel meeting to fund timber bays and hard standings from the environmental budget.
