Demolition solves anti-social behaviour in Blackhall

Residents of Bluebell Court in Blackhall were being plagued by anti social behaviour from youths playing, drinking and smoking in the drying area which is right next to their houses.One of the tenant's raised this problem during a consultation with EDH Estate Management staff. We reviewed the situation and in conjunction with the Area Management Board arranged to have the drying area knocked down and replaced with grass. The work was carried out in July 2007 and has been successful in stopping the anti social behaviour.
