Decent homes programme
Last year we spent £17 million which allowed us to carry out full decent homes work to over 1200 homes.
This year we have £21 million of decent homes funding for the 2012/2013 programme year. This will mean over 1500 homes in Horden, Blackhall, Hesleden, Hutton Henry, Station Town, Murton, Peterlee and Seaham will be brought up to the full East Durham Homes decent homes standard.
Information is now available for the full 5-year improvement programme and this is given by town or village location for ease of use.
