Customer involvement compact
Our customer involvement compact is an agreement between East Durham Homes and everyone who receives services from us, including tenants, leaseholders and residents. It sets out in detail:
- how we will encourage you to help us plan and deliver services
- how we will encourage you to take part in managing your neighbourhood.
- how we will work with you.
Why is the compact needed?
We want to put customers at the heart of everything we do. The compact sets out how we will involve you in the things that you tell us are important to you. You will see that there are many ways to get involved.
