Caretaking service
What is our caretaking service?
It’s a service for maintaining the shared areas of flats and maisonettes that are in blocks. The service is provided by our estate management team.
An estate assistant is responsible for these shared areas and will:
- ensure shared areas are kept clean, tidy and secure
- ensure landscaped areas, including lawns, are maintained to an agreed standard
- do some minor repairs
- help ensure tenants keep to the terms of their tenancy agreement.
