Annual leave entitlement

East Durham Homes gives 24 days annual leave (plus public holidays), this increases to 29 days on an employee achieving 5 years of continuous local government service.

A Christmas closedown period has been in operation for several years, with East Durham Homes granting one additional discretionary day of leave (half a day on Christmas Eve and half a day on New Years Eve).
